How to read the map
The zones
😇 Sanctuary (left): creator on their 1st launch, outside any clan, with at least one link. The best profile we measured.
Low · medium · high grip: the share of the meme held by insiders at 90 s (top 10 holders, creator, creation-block snipers, serial creator). It is not a chance of success: a low grip often means nobody else came. Under each zone, what its memes really become (7 days).
🎓 Graduated: filled the curve and left pump.fun.
🔒 Jail (top): creators or clans with 5 or more launches and 0 graduated. One bubble per creator.
🎣 Hooked (under the jail): copies of the name of a jailed meme.
👻 Cemetery (bottom): dead for more than 30 min.
🥚 Hatchery (under the buttons): memes under 2 min old whose creator is on their 1st launch, with their verdict ready in a few seconds, before the full analysis (90 s). Click = open all.
🎭 Borrowed profiles: a creator showing a borrowed, reused or mass website, another token's address, or another token's X account is banned for 7 days and goes to jail automatically.
🤖 Mercenaries: RugWatch follows every pump.fun buy and sell live. A wallet that buys then sells within 15 min on 20 or more tokens a day is a mercenary. A 🤖 bubble has 40% or more of its buys made by them, or squads (3 wallets, same amount, same second): the rise is artificial.
🛡️ Firewall: every launch is checked at birth. Serial creators, machines and legions are blocked (counter at the top, log on click). Big repeat offenders trigger an alert window (🛡️ Pop-ups button to turn them off).
The bubbles
Size = SOL in the curve · colour = insider grip · faded = lost more than half · gold outline = graduated.
🪨 Faithful = the creator has launched no other meme for at least 10 min and is not a factory (4% graduate, vs 1.3% when they relaunch) · 👥 Crowd (blue halo) = 100 or more holders at 10 min: the best signal we measured (24 to 47% graduate) · 🗞️ Theme of the day = its name carries a word graduating strongly over the last 30 hours · ⚡ Flash (top row) = curve filled in under 90 s: organised launch, out of reach by hand.

Small bubbles: a single icon, the most important one. Blinking bubble = new meme that arrived less than 25 s ago.
Card: 🔗 the website mentions the token (address, $TICKER or name) · ❓ it doesn't · 🏭 mass website (10 or more tokens) · ♻️ website already used by another token before it (copy) · 🎭 the website shows another token's address (impersonation) · 💣 the creator sold everything (it explodes if within 10 s) · 🕳️ the creator moved all his tokens to another wallet (often to sell from another wallet, out of sight) · 🏛️ the website belongs to an established project, older than the token, and never shows its address · 🧨 dynamite: the website belongs to a project on another blockchain (stolen site) · 📰 link to a tweet, not the project's account. Only links that are "its own" open the 😇 Sanctuary.
Gestures
Every click on a bubble copies its address (CA). 🔔 Alert 😇: sound + notification when a Sanctuary meme appears (2nd click: opens pump.fun + website + X by itself for 🏅 double-proof memes: website mentioning the token AND an X account).

The numbers
Across ~6,000 memes: a first-time creator graduates ~7% of the time, a meme machine ~2-3%. A meme with no link at all graduates ~2.5%. It's sorting, not a guarantee: even the best profiles often die.
